Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 August 2026
AIMlete is a training app for student athletes. This policy describes exactly what the product stores, why, and how to remove it. It reflects what the software actually does.
Who the account belongs to
An adult — normally a parent or guardian — creates the account. Athlete profiles are created underneath that account. A child does not need their own account, email address or phone number to use AIMlete.

What we do not collect
Health information
A check-in may include that an athlete has reported pain or a symptom. AIMlete uses this only to remove unsuitable exercises and, where appropriate, to stop training and prompt the athlete to speak to an adult. AIMlete does not diagnose injuries or medical conditions and is not a medical service.
Who can see an athlete’s data
Only the account holder and any guardian explicitly linked to that athlete. There are no public profiles and no public leaderboards. Athletes are measured against their own previous results, not ranked against other children.
Processors we use
Both process data solely to run the service. If optional AI features are switched on, the text sent for wording assistance excludes free-form personal content; only a hash of the request is retained.
Retention and deletion
You can export or permanently delete data at any time from Profile → Your data, or via this page. Deletion removes the athlete profile, sessions, results, check-ins and reports. Records we are legally required to keep, such as payment records, are retained for the required period and nothing more.
Children
AIMlete is designed to be usable by children under adult supervision, which is why the account belongs to the adult and why no direct contact details are collected from a child. A guardian may request access to or deletion of their athlete’s data at any time.
